Irish natives, Eamonn and Brendan began their journey working in Dublin's housing industry in the 1980's.  They immigrated to New York in the mid 80s, looking for better work opportunities in carpentry. During their first few years in America, they worked for a construction company in Westchester County doing housing renovations and remodeling. In 1987, the friends left to start their own company. The two became business partners and owners of Garadice Builders, Inc. 

Their greatest strength is their hands-on approach and attention to detail.
